YON Cosmetics has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping & Handling charges are not refundable. Only products purchased on yoncosmetics.com may be returned for a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. If you are returning a bundle, all items must be returned together in order to receive a refund.  You’ll also need your order number and to state the reason for the return.

To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@yoncosmetics.com. 

If your return is accepted, we suggest that returns be mailed via UPS or FedEx or another trackable and insured parcel method. Please keep in mind that returns shipped with ground shipping usually take 5 to 7 business days to be received before they can be processed.

For products returned without cause, there will be a 20% Restocking Fee deducted from your refund. The quality and freshness of returned products cannot be guaranteed, so we do not resell returned items. 

DAMAGES AND CONCERN

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged. defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items/Exchanges

Returns or Refunds of opened product are not accepted unless the product is deemed defective. If a product is deemed defective, a replacement will be sent along with a return label for the defective product.

If the original product is not returned, your credit card will be billed for the additional product.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
